16 oz pork tenderloin (view) |
1/4 cup flour (view) |
2 tblsp vegetable oil (view) |
2 cups spinach, sliced (view) |
1 cup celery, sliced (view) |
1 cup green pepper, sliced |
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (view) |
8 oz water chestnuts, drained (view) |
2 cloves garlic, minced (view) |
1/4 cup chicken broth, 99% fat-free |
1/4 cup soy sauce, low-sodium |
1 tblsp cornstarch (view) |
1 tblsp white wine |
1/2 tsp ground ginger (view) |
Directions:
1. Cut pork into 1 pieces, coat in flour and brown in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Remove from pan. Saute all vegetables. Combine broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, wine, and ginger; stir well. Add pork and broth mixture to pan. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice. |
