Pork Chop Sauteing for One

Ingredients:
1 piece(s) pork chops boneless
3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch(s) brown sugar
2 dash(es) ground black pepper
1 dash(es) garlic powder
2 dash(es) chili powder
1/2 tablespoon(s) cavender's all-grade seasoning
1 dash(es) salt
Directions:
1. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to 10 inch stainless steel frying pan.
2. If using a nonstick pan, oil is optional. Heat pan to medium-high.
3. In plastic sandwich bag, add oil, brown sugar, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, Cavender's Seasoning, and salt. Seal and shake until contents are mixed. Open bag and place pork chop into bag. Reseal and shake until pork chop is completely covered in oil.
4. When pan is ready, place pork chop in center of pan and cook for about 4 minutes.
5. Flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until the pork chop reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
6. remove from pan and allow to cool for a few minutes.
