Ingredients:
4 boneless pork top loin chops (about 1 lb.; cut 1/4-inch thick) |
1 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt |
8 slice(s) fully cooked bacon |
8 teaspoon(s) butter |
8 slice(s) bread |
4 slice(s) colby cheese |
4 teaspoon(s) barbecue sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill. Tenderize and flatten each pork chop by pounding with a meat mallet (or rolling pin) for 15 seconds. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. 2. Place pork chops on grill; top with bacon, cover (or close lid) and grill 3 minutes or until browned and firm. Remove pork chops from grill and set aside. 3. Spread butter on one side of all bread slices. Place four bread slices on grill with buttered side down. Assemble on top of bread in this order: pork chops and bacon, cheese, barbecue sauce, and then remaining bread with buttered side up. Grill 2-3 minutes or until golden. |
