Calico Cupboard Cookbook Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
2 tablespoons italian salad dressing |
2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 small onion, sliced |
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper. 2. Brush both sides of pork chops with mixture. 3. In a small skillet cook chops, covered over medium heat for 20 minutes. 4. Turn chops, add sliced onion. 5. Cook, covered, 5 to 10 minutes more or till meat is tender. 6. To serve, place chops pon platter, top with onions and pan juices. |
