Easy pork chop recipe. Can substitute chicken for pork. Ingredients:
3/4 cup rice, white, long grain, regular |
1 1/3 cups water |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
8 1/4 oz mixed vegetables |
1 lb boneless pork chops |
10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup, campbells |
Directions:
1. Mix water, rice, soup, pepper and mixed vegetables in 11 x 8 shallow baking dish. Add pork chops on top. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes until chops and rice are done. |
