Pork Chop And Sauerkraut Casserole

Another recipe that I make often. If you love chops and you love kraut this is the recipe for you. Such a great blend of flavors. My family loves this.
Ingredients:
5 slices bacon
16 ounce can sauerkraut
6 pork chops
1 large white onion sliced thin
3 large potatoes peeled and sliced
16 ounce can solid pack tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Directions:
1. Cover bottom of a casserole with slices of bacon then top back with a layer of sauerkraut.
2. Layer chops on top with a layer of onion rings.
3. Next arrange a layer of thin potato slices then cover with tomatoes.
4. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
5. Cover and bake at 350 for 2 hours.
