Pork Chili With Greens

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground lean pork or 1 1/2 lbs turkey
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 (15 ounce) cans petite diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
8 ounces kale or 8 ounces spinach, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook pork in lightly greased large skillet until browned, about 10 minutes, crumbling with a fork.
2. Combine pork and remaining ingredients, except kale, salt and pepper, in slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, stirring in kale during the last 20 minutes.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
