left over pork tenderloin with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes Ingredients:
1 pound pork tenderloin |
2 cups mixed vegetables |
2 cups mashed potatoes |
12 ounce cream of celery soup |
Directions:
1. cube left over pork 2. put into 2 quart casserole 3. add 2 cups vegetables 4. add celery soup 5. mix well 6. top with mashed potato 7. bake in 375 degree oven 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly. |
