From Manitoba Pork Pamphlet Ingredients:
2 lbs ground lean pork |
1 egg |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
salt and pepper, to taste (and seasonings) |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and form into 6-8 patties. For tender juicy burgers, don't over mix. 2. Barbecue over medium heat for 5-10 minute per side until cooked throughly. Serve on hamburger bun with favorite toppings. |
