Very quick soup, made with actual pork, not pork 'n' beans. Ingredients:
12 ounces lean boneless pork |
1 onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 cups water |
1 (11 1/2 ounce) can bean with bacon soup |
3 carrots, sliced |
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Cut pork in bite size strips and fry in oil until brown. Stir in water, soup, carrots, worcestershire sauce, and mustard. 2. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes. |
