I found this recipe in Omaha Steaks Good Life Guide & Cookbook. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
pork tenderloin (thawed if frozen) or boneless pork chop (thawed if frozen)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together sauce ingredients.
2. Chops: Grill chops for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning and basting frequently with sauce.
3. Tenderloin: Grill over medium high heat, turning and basting frequently for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reached 160.
