This is another great recipe from one of my cooking magazines Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup chili powder |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes |
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes |
3 green peppers, chopped |
2 large onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine the frist 6 ingredients. 2. Stir in beef, pork, green peppers and onions. 3. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours or until tender. 4. Shred meat with two forks. |
