Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
4 golden delicious apples, sliced |
1.5 pound(s) pork loin, cut into 6 pieces |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Place pork in slow cooker; cover with apples. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over pork. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. (6 works best) |
