Quick, easy and delicious meal. Ingredients:
1 lb pork loin, cut into chunks |
1 head garlic, crushed |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
1 tablespoon corn oil |
Directions:
1. Combine pork, garlic, soy sauce pepper and vinegar. Let stand 2 hours. 2. Cook slowly in pot until tender. (30 min.). 3. Transfer garlic from pot into separate pan and fry in oil until brown. Add pork, fry until brown. Drain. Add broth and garlic. Simmer 10 minutes. 4. Great over rice. |
