Filipino Pork Stew to accompany Steamed Rice and some type of vegetable. Ingredients:
2 lbs pork shoulder |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 head full bulb pounded garlic |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
salt or soy sauce |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Place the pork in a saucepan. Add vinegar, garlic, pepper salt and water. Cover and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to simmer until fork tender. |
