Filipino Pork Stew to accompany Steamed Rice and some type of vegetable.
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork shoulder
1/2 cup vinegar
1 head full bulb pounded garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt or soy sauce
2 cups water
Directions:
1. Place the pork in a saucepan. Add vinegar, garlic, pepper salt and water. Cover and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to simmer until fork tender.
