Simple and delicious filippino dish. I recomend you eat it over a bowl of white rice. Ingredients:
2 lbs pork, chopped into bite size pieces |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup vinegar (i like cider vinegar) |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 an onion, diced |
1 cup water |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Boil for about 25 minutes. Reduce to lower heat and continue cooking until pork is done. If it's too strong, add more water. |
