Simple, delicious, freezes well. I use tomato soup with basil and oregano included for maximum spicy flavor. Ingredients:
1 egg |
2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup |
1/4 cup minute rice |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 lb hamburger |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Beat egg and add two heaping tablespoons of the soup. 2. Add rice, onion, parsley, onion salt, and pepper. 3. Add hamburg. 4. Make 1.5 balls. 5. Brown in skillet. 6. Mix remaining soup with worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs. 7. Cover and simmer until completely cooked, about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. |
