This dish can be made in a pressure cooker also. I used this recipe for a quick meal when I lived on a farm and had many mouths to feed. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1/2 cup uncooked rice |
1/2 chopped onion |
1 can tomato soup |
1 can water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix first three ingredients. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Place in a greased casserole and cover with soup diluted with water. 4. Set oven at 350 degrees. |
