Forms a great sauce that is nice on mashed potatoes. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup minute rice |
1/2 cup water |
1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1/3 cup onion, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 can tomato sauce |
1/2 cup water |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients and form meatballs. 2. Combine sauce, water and worcestershire in pot. 3. Bring to boil and add meatballs. 4. Cook 45 minutes on low until done. |
