Quick and Easy meatballs.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup tomato soup, undiluted
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 egg
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons parsley
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape mixture into balls.
3. Brown.
4. Blend in rest of soup and 1 cup of water.
5. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
