Quick and Easy meatballs. Ingredients:
1/4 cup tomato soup, undiluted |
1 lb ground beef |
1/4 cup uncooked rice |
1 egg |
1/4 cup minced onion |
2 tablespoons parsley |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Shape mixture into balls. 3. Brown. 4. Blend in rest of soup and 1 cup of water. 5. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. |
