Something different to banish burger burn-out! You can substitute lean ground pork, chicken or beef. Adapted from a China Boy recipe.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup chow mein noodles, coarsely crushed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce or 1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and shape into four patties.
2. Grill or boil to desired doneness.
3. Serve with additional hoisin sauce or sweet chili sauce instead of ketchup.
