Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 lbs hamburger
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup (can double if needed)
1 cup water per can soup
Directions:
1. Combine all but soup and water and form balls 1-1 1/2 inch thick. Mix soup and water in pressure cooker. Drop meat balls in pan, set controls at 10. Cook 10 minutes after control jiggles. Cool pan 5 minutes and release pressure under cool water.
