Day Girls Favorite Ingredients:
1 cup rice |
2 lbs hamburger |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup (can double if needed) |
1 cup water per can soup |
Directions:
1. Combine all but soup and water and form balls 1-1 1/2 inch thick. Mix soup and water in pressure cooker. Drop meat balls in pan, set controls at 10. Cook 10 minutes after control jiggles. Cool pan 5 minutes and release pressure under cool water. |
