Poppy Seed Snack Cake

This recipe was my great aunt's. It was always enjoyed at family functions. This makes two loaves and freezes well.
Ingredients:
1 package white cake mix (without pudding in the mix)
1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil.
2. Beat for 2 minutes.
3. Fold in poppy seeds.
4. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
6. Cool on wire racks.
