This is a light and tangy dressing perfect for summer salads Ingredients:
1 bag mixed salad green, of your choice |
1 red onion, thinly sliced |
1 (4 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and sliced in half |
grated cheddar cheese |
bacon |
1 tablespoon poppy seed |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients in blender. 2. Pour over salad and toss. |
