A big hit for any occasion! Brianna's poppy seed dressing works best for me. Has the most flavor. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) jar poppy seed salad dressing |
1 head broccoli |
1 head cauliflower |
1 (4 ounce) can cashews |
bacon bits or hormel real bacon bits |
4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese |
1 red onion (optional) |
Directions:
1. cut broccoli and cauliflower and place in large bowl. 2. cut cheese into small cube, add to bowl. 3. add bacon bits 4. add cashews. 5. Add red onion (If you want, works with or without). 6. pour dressing over all ingredients and stir. |
