Moist and delicious. These have good flavor. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract |
Directions:
1. Mix flour in bowl with next 4 ingredients. 2. Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl. 3. Stir the wet into the dry just until moistened well. 4. Fill greased muffin cups 1/3 full. 5. Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes, or until muffins test done. |
