Leftover apricot nectar may be used for chicken or seafood marinades, brushed over pork chops, or simply enjoyed chilled. Ingredients:
2/3 cup light sour cream |
1/2 cup apricot or pear nectar |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Chill, if desired. Serve with fresh fruit. |
