This makes a great dipping sauce for my BBQ Shrimp and Bacon Appetizer . I make my own Tarragon Vinegar to use, but a good Cider Vinegar will work fine. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon accent seasoning |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
2 garlic cloves (minced) |
2/3 cup tarragon vinegar |
1 1/2 cups olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put ALL ingredients in Foor Processor and blend well. Refrigerate overnight to meld flavors. Keeps well 10 days. |
