Russian Heritage Cookbook Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 cups flour |
3/4 cup poppy seed |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add sour cream and eggs; beat well. 3. Combine with flour, salt and then poppy seeds. 4. Roll out and cut into very thin rounds. 5. Bake for 6-10 minutes at 350° on greased baking sheet. |
