OMG...Absolutely delicious. Perfect for a winter, let's pig out dish. Very easy to make & always a winner. Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked (cut in to bite size pieces) |
8 ounces sour cream |
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
8 ounces butter (melted) |
72 town house crackers (2 sleeves, crushed) |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat 350. 2. Mix chicken, sour cream & soup. Set aside. 3. In another bowl, mix butter, crackers & poppy seeds. 4. Put 1/2 of crumb mixture in bottom of 8x8 pan. 5. Top with chicken mixture. 6. Top with remaining crumb mixture. 7. Cover & bake 1 hour. 8. DIVE IN - . |
