Poppy Seed Cake (Low Fat) |

Very delicious and was a great start to Hungarian Day :). Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1/4 cup oil |
1 tablespoon water |
3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking |
1 cup skim milk |
1 tablespoon poppy seed |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and beat about 2 minutes. 2. Pour into greased bundt pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done (will be golden brown). 4. Cool 2-3 minutes before removing from pan. |
