This cake is so simple and easy! It's great as a coffee cake or you can jazz it up with some fresh berries and whipped cream. Best of all, you get to decide what flavors suit you best!
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 french vanilla (or your choice) instant pudding mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1 oz. poppy seeds
Directions:
1. Butter a bundt or tube pan and sprinkle liberally with sugar.
2. Mix all ingredients well and beat at medium speed for about 3 minutes.
3. Pour into cake pan and bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
4. Let stand in pan for 25 minutes. Invert pan and remove cake to serving plate. No need to frost or glaze – just enjoy. Keeps well for several days – if it lasts that long.
