A very moist & tasty Cake. Doesn't Need Icing. I just sprinkle with powdered sugar. I'm asked for the recipe every time I serve it. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding |
4 eggs |
1 cup heavy whipping cream |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup white wine |
1/3 cup poppy seed |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and Beat 5 Minutes. 2. Pour into greased Bundt Pan. 3. Bake 50 Minutes 350 Degrees. 4. Cool 15 Minutes Before taking it out of Pan. 5. Either Glaze or dust w/ Powdered Sugar. |
