This recipe is from Any Blonde Can Cook. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups sugar |
1 1/3 cups oil |
1 1/2 cups milk |
3 eggs |
3 cups self-rising flour |
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in order listed. 2. Place in 2 well greased loaf pans. 3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
