We love to make this bread alot. My kids really like to help make it as well. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 1/8 cups vegetable oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes; pour into 2 greased loaf pans. 2. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 3. Enjoy! |
