These bake up so light and fluffy. The middle is hollow...but oh so good Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 cup flour |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Grease 10 muffin tins. 2. Beat eggs slightly. 3. Add milk, flour, salt. 4. Beat until smooth. Don't overbeat. 5. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. 6. Bake 25 minutes at 450 degrees 7. lower temperature to 350 degreesbake 15-20 minutes longer. |
