I picked up this recipe from a neighbor of mine. This has a great flavor and turns a beautiful yellow popcorn-y color when ready. Ingredients:
8 ounces cauliflower |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon turmeric |
6 -8 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Toss cauliflower with oil and spice mixture. 3. Bake 30-35 minutes uncovered. |
