A good popcorn recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup popcorn |
1 dash salt (optional) |
4 cups miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter |
2/3 cup miniture candy-coated milk chocolate candies |
Directions:
1. pop the popcorn according to the packing directions,add salt if desired;set aside to cool. 2. in a medium pop,melt the marshmallows & margarine(or butter)over low heat,stirring constantly,until smooth. 3. combine the cany-coated milk chocolate candies with the popcorn. 4. remove the marshmallow mixture from the heat,& pour over the popcorn & candies.mix gently. 5. spoon the mixture into a 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan or a 2-quart oblong pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. 6. refridgerate the mixture until it hardens,so it's easier to cut. |
