Cheap version of stroganoff ;P Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 dash garlic salt |
8 ounces egg noodles |
2 (12 ounce) cans tomato juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In a 10-inch skillet with lid, brown hamburger and add garlic salt. 2. Poor noodles on top. Do not mix. 3. Mix sauce and tomato juice; pour over noodles. 4. Cover and simmer until noodles are soft, about 30 minutes. 5. After noodles are soft, stir and remove from heat. 6. Serve hot. |
