Cheap Rice Salad full of good nutrition
Ingredients:
2 cups green lentils
2 cups brown rice
1 green zucchini
1 purple onion
2 anaheim chilies
1 red bell pepper
1 cup black beans
1 cup corn
1 garlic clove
4 small mushrooms
1 lemon
5 medium tomatoes
Directions:
1. Cook Lentils and Rice and let cool.
2. Chop Veggeatables according to preference.
3. mix all together.
