Great recipe, when you can't afford to buy lobster Ingredients:
1 lb frozen haddock |
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning or 1 teaspoon lemon pepper |
melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients put in a large sauce pan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Drain liquid. 5. Serve with melted butter. |
