Hearty stew that dont cost an arm and a leg. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
2 teaspoons beef bouillon |
1 (7/8 ounce) package brown gravy mix |
3 -4 tablespoons flour |
5 small potatoes (cut into cubes) |
1 bunch green onion (chopped) |
3 whole carrots (chopped) |
4 cups water |
Directions:
1. In a large stock pot brown hamburger meat and onions. Add the beef bouillon and brown gravy mix, mix well. Add the flour and mix. Add the water let simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. Add potatoes and carrots, let cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
