Cheap and easy, like me. I like to make these for a snack before a Green Bay Packer football game. Ingredients:
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped |
5 oz. jar of old english cheese spread |
1/2 t garlic powder |
1/2 t lawry's seasoning salt |
1/2 t miracle whip |
6 oz. canned crab meat |
6 english muffins, halved |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and spread on English muffin halves. Place muffins and spread in the freezer for one half hour. Place on broiling pan/baking sheet and broil to desired doneness, about 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. 2. You can also toast the English muffin halves in the toaster on the bagel setting , then spread on the mixture and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Be careful; topping is really hot. |
