Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1-2 chicken breast sliced |
4 carrots chopped |
2 celery stalks diced |
4 potatoes chopped |
1 yellow onion diced |
1 yellow onion minced |
2 clove(s) garlic minced |
2 tablespoon(s) dried basil |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) salt |
1 tablespoon(s) pepper |
2 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Add Olive Oil to pot 2. and heat. 3. Add Chicken (defrosted and sliced) 4. cook for 3-5 minutes. 5. Add Minced Garlic and Minced Onions 6. cook for 5-8 minutes stir regularly. 7. Add 2 cups water 8. Add Chopped carrots 9. Add Chopped Potatoes 10. cook for 8-10 min, stir regularly 11. Add Diced Onion, Dried Basil and Diced Celery 12. bring to boil 13. simmer at low heat for 30-40 minutes 14. (until some of Potatoes dissolve and the broth loses opacity.) 15. add salt and pepper as desired 16. enjoy |
