Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs roast (arm, chuck, etc.) |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon pepper |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce (a little less than 1 tbsp.) |
Directions:
1. Place roast in crock-pot with water to cover, about 1-inch. 2. Mix ingredients and place over roast. 3. Cook on low 12 to 14 hours. 4. Separate with fork and serve on buns or bread. |
