Another Honey Sauce from The Pooh Cook Book by Virginia H. Ellison. Try it on the Poohanpiglet Pancakes #134447! Each recipe has a drawing and a quote from the original Pooh books. It was a great way to encourage kids to read and to enjoy cooking. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon unsweetened fruit juice or 1 tablespoon berry juice |
1/3 cup honey |
1/4 cup condensed milk or 1/4 cup light cream |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well until blended. Delicious as a topping or as a dessert all in itself! Store in a tight-fitting jar in the fridge.
