A Japanese sauce used for dipping with shabu-shabu. (From Japanese Food- ) Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce |
3/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
1/2 cup dried bonito flakes |
Directions:
1. Heat the soy sauce and the bonito flakes together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. 2. Cool, then run the sauce through a sieve to drain off the bonito flakes. 3. Then mix the drained soy sauce with the vinegar and lemon juice. 4. Use this for dipping with shabu-shabu |
