Ingredients:
ice |
2 ounces gin, such as plymouth gin |
1 ounce bitter orange liqueur, such as aperol |
grapefruit soda, for topping, such as san pellegrino pompelmo soda |
grapefruit peel, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Fill a highball glass with ice to chill, then discard the ice. 2. Pour the gin and liqueur into the glass. Top with soda and garnish with the grapefruit peel. |
