Cooking Light. 2000 Ingredients:
3/4 lb yukon gold cut into 3 x 1/4-inch sticks or 3/4 lb red potatoes, cut into 3 x 1/4-inch sticks |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
cooking spray |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and shake to coat. 2. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. 3. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes, turning once. Toss with chives. |
