Colourful variant of the french Pommes duchesse. Ingredients:
500g purple potato |
500g potato |
200g butter |
6 egg yolks |
salt |
Directions:
1. Cook potatos in salted water. 2. Preheat oven to 200°C. 3. Peel potatoes and press through ricer. 4. Add butter and egg yolks, mix it well. 5. Press them on baking sheet with help of an icing bag. 6. Bake for 10-15 minutes. |
